Conference Room
Conference Room Technologies

For many businesses, the conference room is the most important area of the office. Strategic planning is done here, potential customers are impressed here, and potential investors are wowed here. A conference room serves many purposes and is most often the place where luxury and elegance meets sophisticated, user-friendly technology.
At eFusion Systems, we understand that technology plays a vital role in every aspect of the conference room environment. We also understand that there is no time to be fiddling with complicated settings or vast arrays of buttons and switches. Let us know what you want, and we will make it easy for you to use!
If you only need a basic setup such as a projector and screen, we can help. If you need a few extra bells and whistles such as an electric drop-down screen, wireless microphone, and in-ceiling speakers, we can help. If you are ready for auto-dimming lights, auto-closing shades, a motorized LCD that rises from the depths of the conference table, and that “AAAHHH” sound coming from all areas of the room at the touch of a button on a wireless touch-screen panel that you have secretly placed in your lap, we can help!
Did you know???

Check out the following tidbits of information related to this technology or service! The more you know about something, the more likely you are to make good, informed decisions when it comes time to implement it!
- Most manufacturers now include the ability to copy presentation files directly into their projectors for convenience purposes. These projectors typically support many common formats such as Microsoft Powerpoint and allow you to control the presentation directly from the projector’s remote control!
- When choosing a projector screen, you should be sure of the size, aspect ratio (4×3, 16×19, etc), and reflective coating requirements. The reflective coatings are designed to enhance a particular media type such as a presentation or movie. Choosing the wrong projector screen can make the best projector images look bad!
- Because a conference room is a hub of different types of activity, its network connections should support different needs including secure wired local firewalled connections for employees, insecure wired open connections for guest access to the Internet, and wireless connections of both types for maximum flexibility!
